NYCHOL L. WOODS

Our team has been able to achieve a great deal of success in a short period of time as the result of the passion and drive from our leader and founder, Nychol Lyna, BS, MBA, MIB. Not only has Nychol been successfully creating social connections through the arts for decades, but Nychol also has deep personal connections to the American Foster System and different socioeconomic marginalized subcultures. She has supported leading organizations like LACOE, Headstart, LAUSD, and various other school systems for over 10 years. While living in Spain, Nychol implemented an independent research study on women and children exposed to abuse and sex trafficking. She also has produced award-winning documentary films including “Path to the Draft” which gained national recognition and fiscal sponsorships. Nychol has also proudly received recognitions for her advocacy for marginalization populations from Los Angeles City Council, Vice President Kamala D Harris, Mayor of Los Angeles Eric Garcetti, Congresswoman Karen Bass, Senator Dianne Feinstein, and Rabbi Sharon Brous (Founder of IKAR). She also obtained the Spouses Education Scholarships for two years from the Congressional Black Caucus. Nychol is excited to bring her valiant track record and thought leadership to the Dream North Foundation to amplify impact across the country and overseas.

In 2015, Eva started an event based company for mothers, Modern Mommy Events, inspired by the fact that there were no self-care programs for parents in her community at the time. She utilised the media frequently to spread the word about her unique programs, and as word spread, her events began selling out. Friends and colleagues started coming to her asking for advice in media coverage, so she started to teach business owners how to gain media success. Eva recognised that her passion lay in helping entrepreneurs and businesses reach their target audience. She now works with companies to tell their story, and get it in front of their target audience!

Based in the Los Angeles area, Raquel Figlo’s passion is creating brand awareness and customer loyalty for her clients. Founder of Raquel Figlo Public Relations, she has worked with a wide array of clientele from restaurant owners and nightclubs, to musicians and comedians, receiving testimonials that praise her professionalism, creativity, and forward-thinking concepts. A philanthropist at heart, Raquel has worked with a variety of nonprofits throughout her career and continues to do so. Her upbeat enthusiasm and genuine caring nature raise the bar in customer satisfaction. ISABEL ROSALES

At a young age, Isabel Morales developed an innate passion and talent for web and graphics, however, it would take several years into her adulthood before settling in as a freelance designer. Growing up in a Dallas, Texas, a Mecca of media and technology, Isabel has had the honor of working with a variety of artistic clients, including entrepreneur OG Poppy and the non-profit Fashion Group International. Isabel is excited to establish new chapters in community activist initiatives of uplifting at-risk women and children.

Born in Idaho and raised in California as a biracial young lady I always dreamt to pursue medicine. So, I moved to Louisiana where I received my bachelor’s degree in biology premed and a double major in chemistry & psychology. For over 15 years I have lived in Louisiana and have had my hand in many jobs ranging from administrative, sales, management, recruiting, to property management. Life has a funny way of telling you it wants you to pursue other avenues so, for the past 2 years been working for a startup hospitality company as a Real Estate Assistant and currently promoted to Real Estate Analyst. In addition to being an entrepreneur, wife, and mother of two, I have been an executive assistant for the CEO of DNE since 2019.

MOLLY D' AGOSTINO

FUNDRAISING MANAGER

CONNECTICUT, USA

Molly began her career as a world-touring musician working with bands such as Tantric and the trans-Siberian orchestra. She went on to expand her innovational company, Our Song Co, into an International success – Winning the collegiate Shark Tank competition. From there, she began her educational path by studying grant and technical writing at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. And before attending Syracuse University College of Law, Molly ran a successful grant consulting firm. After utilizing her skills and growing experience across business research and development to secure clients with millions of dollars in funding, she went to law school to attain extensive training in contracting. Molly has since been a lead consultant to grow several start-up companies into multi-million dollar conglomerates.
